It's been over 3 months and the product is STILL NOT HERE!!
I've asked for refund twice and have been ghosted

I found the ring to be sturdy. Even though it's adjustable, it fit my finger perfectly without having to adjust it. The price was affordable, as I live on a fixed income. Thank you EB for that!

I was very disappointed when I picked up my order. I felt that I was not welcome in your business. I tried to engage in several conversations with the young lady in duty just to be ignored I was the only in the store at the time.

I received fast and courteous service upon ordering both #15 and #87 Chiefs rings. I love both rings. Your company always does a great job. Thanks you so much.

I ordered this product in January 2024 to have in time for the Super Bowl in February 2024. As of today, 8 May 2024 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED my order nor been allowed a refund. Therefore my review will note that I will NEVER order from this company again.

I placed the order for this ring on January 31, 2024. There was a disclaimer that it would be shipped sometime in March. Today is May 7 and I have not received it. I reached out to check on status the first part of April and was told that they would be shipping out my order within the next two weeks. Again, I have yet to receive it. As a customer, I find it quite troubling that I’m being prompted to leave a review without even sending me my item. It would be one thing if they kept the people expecting these pieces updated but to not even outreach with an update is troubling.
