We believe fashion should be low maintenance. That’s why most pieces at EB and Co. require very little upkeep – just wear and love. To keep your pieces looking like new, we suggest taking off your jewelry before swimming, sweating, showering or exercising. Your EB and Co. items should also avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products because tarnishing may occur. Tarnishing can also be caused by the skin’s natural pH levels. In this case, we are not responsible for the refund or exchange of your items.
Are your rings adjustable?
Our Kansas City rings are adjustable and start at a size 7.
Our other rings are either sized or adjustable. There will a size in the items name and description if it is a sized ring.
What size are your bracelets?
Our Kansas City have a 17cm (6.69in) diameter and do have some stretch to them.
Any of our non-Kansas city bracelets should be 7in and some styles have a 1in extender.
What type of gold plated jewelry do we have in-store?
We currently offer a basic gold plating, PVD plating, and gold filled plating. It will be stated in the item's description what type of plating it is.
What is gold-plated Jewelry?
Gold-plated jewelry is created by taking a base metal, like sterling silver or brass, and adding a thin layer of gold to it, either electrically or chemically. The quality of the base metal, and the take-home care of the jewelry determine how long the gold-plating will last.

Our base metal is either stainless steel or a sterling silver.
How to take care of gold-plated jewelry?
Buying gold-plated jewelry is a great option when you’re looking for an affordable accessory. To decrease the chances of your jewelry wearing out, here are six easy ways to maintain the luster of your gold-plated jewelry:
- Don’t spray or apply perfume while wearing your gold-plated jewelry. We recommend that you put your jewelry on after you have applied your favorite perfume so that the chemicals in the perfume can’t interact with your jewelry’s metal.
- Wait until your lotion or cream is dry or has been absorbed by your skin before you wear your gold-plated ring, bracelet or necklace.
- Similar to the tarnishing effects of perfume and hand lotions, sweat and treated water can also tarnish your jewelry. It’s important that you remember to remove your gold-plated jewelry when you exercise or before you go swimming.
- After every use, clean your plated jewelry with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt the piece of jewelry has acquired. Gently rubbing the surface of your gold-plated jewelry using a soft jewelry cloth will also help restore shine.
- If your jewelry needs a deeper cleaning, you may clean it with warm, soapy water. Soak the piece of jewelry for a few minutes, and then gently wipe away dirt and grime.
- Don’t use jewelry cleaners or antibacterial soap as they can compound the tarnishing.
To avoid scratches, wrap your jewelry in a soft cloth after cleaning, or keep it in a separate jewelry box.

Keep wearing your tried and true pieces! Even if your links loosen. Bring in your EB pieces within one year of purchase and we'll do what we can to repair them. That way you can continue to wear your EB favorites every day!

The EB and Co. mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by EB and Co. (“EB and Co.”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to EB and Co.'s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of EB and Co. through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with EB and Co. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +1(855)907-5139. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other EB and Co. mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

EB and Co. Mobile Message Privacy Policy
EB and Co. will use the information we obtain in connection with our SMS/text messaging in accordance with this SMS/Text Notification Privacy Policy. We collect the following personal information about you in the context of our text messaging program: your name, mobile phone number, and texting preferences (opt-ins and opt-outs). We use this information to manage our text messaging program, including to send you text messages.
Your wireless carrier may collect data about your wireless device usage, and its practices are governed by its own policies. We take measures to protect your sensitive personal information but cannot guarantee its security in transit or storage.
